Thanks you for this post. As always, your writing is both prophetic and pastoral - calling out wrongs and wrong-doers, and calling God's people to respond with God's practical love. There are so many parallels between the events you've highlighted and America/Europe of the 1930's. Your perspective is much needed "for such a time as this."
I’m very grateful I found your publication. What you do here to give voice to realities that the “powers that be” consciously choose to ignore, spin, or cover up is essential in these chaotic times. Thank you!
I concur with the others: the Lord spoke through your strong words today. Powers that Be should be widely read and universally accepted by those who claim faith in Jesus. A great exegesis of “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
I see your compassionate heart. It may be hard to imagine from an American perspective - but compassion is weaponized by bad actors, used to accomplish nefarious goals. We need discernment as well as compassion - grace and truth - in understanding our world. Blessings on your writing.
My heart is broken after reading this post. I miss your very human stories you once wrote for World Magazine.
Thank you.
