(UPDATE: April 1) The UN reports more than 4 million Ukrainians have fled their country as of March 30. An additional 6.4 million Ukrainians are displaced within the country. The world body also confirmed 1,189 killed and 1,901 injured in the 5-week war. Of those, 99 children have been killed and 126 injured. The human toll, together with Russian attacks on healthcare facilities and infrastructure, leaves millions dependent on outside aid.
